Job Description
The team at 7 Dental Central Park, located in Ottawa, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis. The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Verify insurance benefits and process insurance claims
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth daily schedule
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide outstanding customer service to every patient
Qualifications:
Previous dental reception experience preferred
Knowledge of dental software (Tracker, Dentrix, or similar) is an asset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Experience with dental insurance billing is an asset
