Job Description
We are a growing dental practice looking for a front desk staff to join us and maintain our friendly work environment. The ideal candidate would have an outgoing personality with either experience in a front desk position or a willingness to be trained for the position.
The hours for this position are: Mondays 9am-7pm Tuesdays 8am-6pm, Wednesdays 9am-1pm, Thursdays 9am-7pm,and every 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month 8am-1pm.
Responsibilities/Skills:* * Answering phone calls and scheduling patients * Checking patients in and out * Collecting payments from patients * Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs * Verify and enter dental insurance information * Present treatment plans and co-payments to patients * Maintaining a warm and friendly relationship with the staff and patients *Requirements:* * Previous administrative work in a dental office is preferred but will consider training the right candidate * Bilingual- Korean speaking is preferred! *Job Type:* Full Time *Education:* High school or equivalent
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
