Position: Front Desk Dental Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (no weekends!)
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule
Verify insurance eligibility and process claims
Collect co-pays and maintain accurate billing records
Manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA
Coordinate follow-up care and referral appointments
Keep the front office organized and welcoming
Qualifications
2+ year of dental front desk experience (required)
Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance verification (strongly preferred)
Experience with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software (a plus)
Bilingual — English and Spanish (both required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
