Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Front Desk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations of the front desk, including greeting guests, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and answer inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Ensure that all check-in and check-out procedures are followed correctly.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
Ensure that all front desk staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
Will Train. No experience necessary. Must be quick learner, positive, team player and possess good customer serivce skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
