Job Description
Our family-oriented general dental practice is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, patient-focused environment, and we’re looking for someone who shares that commitment.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of dental office experience and thrives in a welcoming, team-driven setting. We value individuals who are dependable, self-motivated, and highly organized, with strong multitasking skills. A warm and personable demeanor is essential to maintaining the family-like atmosphere of our European-style office.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and schedule patient appointments
Confirm appointments and manage the daily schedule
Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
Process payments and handle patient billing
Communicate with insurance companies and verify eligibility
Utilize Dentrix and Dexis software
Perform filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks
Manage office inventory
Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment
Assist with treatment planning and patient communication
Support overall patient comfort and experience
Part-Time Availability :
Monday: 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM
Friday: 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM
