Dental Receptionist (Part-Time)
Harelick Dental Associates — Fairhaven, MA
Harelick Dental of Fairhaven is looking for a friendly, dependable receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for our patients. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone starting out who's eager to learn, stays organized, and enjoys working with people. No dental experience required, we'll train you.
We're a family-owned and operated practice with a close-knit, supportive team and a genuinely pleasant place to work.
What you'd do
Answer phones and greet patients
Schedule and confirm appointments
Scan and file documents
Collect payments
Handle the day-to-day odds and ends that keep the front desk running
What we're looking for
A warm, professional phone manner and good people skills
Reliability, organization, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Comfort with basic computer tasks
Dental or front-desk experience is a plus but not required
Schedule
Friday (8:30am-5pm) and Saturday as scheduled: one Saturday per month in summer, two per month in winter (9am–2pm)
Additional PRN (as-needed) shifts to cover the office
What we offer
