Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Maintain patient records and update medical history forms
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Skills:
- Experience working at the front desk preferred but will train the right person.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Hours will be Monday 8am-5pm, Tuesday 8am-5pm and Thursday 7am-6pm. Days and times are not negotiable. Must be willing to travel to College Place office once a week. Only those wanting part-time need apply. At this time there is no potential for this to become a full-time position.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
