Part-Time Dental Receptionist
Smiles Clinic is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment book
Process patient records, insurance claims, and billing
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Qualifications
Previous experience as a dental receptionist is preferred
Fluent English (spoken and written) is required
Familiarity with dental terminology and dental practice management software is an asset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
