Smile Squad Pediatric Dentistry is a boutique pediatric dental office in Chicago, IL. We provide high-quality comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients in a kind and welcoming environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic dental receptionist who wants to grow with us in their career and has experience in front desk operations. Job Overview:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage phone system, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries
Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing
Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office
Provide an excellent patient experience and contribute to a cohesive office culture

Friendly and enthusiastic personality

Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
Proficiency in using an electronic health record system

Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within an office
Willingness to cross-train as dental assistant

Excellent hours: Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays 8:00am - 5:00pm with potential for more if desired
