Dental Receptionist/ Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full Time Receptionist in our Bartram Park & Orange Park Orthodontic Office locations. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth functioning of our dental/orthodontic practice. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
Schedule and confirm appointments, both in person and over the phone
Manage patient records and update information as necessary
Handle financial transactions, including collecting payments and issuing receipts
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Coordinate with the dental/orthodontic team to ensure efficient patient flow
Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or inquiries
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental or orthodontic setting is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using dental/orthodontic software and computer systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of dental/orthodontic terminology and procedures is a plus
Professional and courteous demeanor
Working Hours:
This is a Full Time position and will work between our Bartram Park and Orange Park locations 35-40 hours per week. The working schedule will be determined based on the needs of the practice.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
