Job Overview
We are looking to hire a dental receptionist with excellent organizational and administrative skills for our dental office. No dental experience necessary, we will train you for this role. We have been serving the North Shore community for over 25 years. Dental receptionists are expected to be compassionate and discrete with good time management and record-keeping skills. To ensure success, dental receptionists should be confident and professional administrators with fantastic communication and interpersonal skills that will contribute to the efficient day-to-day administration of the dental facility. Top candidates will work comfortably while multi-tasking in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities
Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone
Complete accurate documentation of patient visits
Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule appointments for patients
Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities
Skills
1 to 2 years of experience in any of the following roles: Receptionist, Client Facing, Hospitality, Banking, etc. is a plus
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
