Job Description
Dental Front Office Receptionist
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
We are looking for a friendly, personable, and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our dental office team! We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, makes patients feel welcome and comfortable, and provides excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to help create a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Provide outstanding customer service and assist patients with questions.
Check patients in and out and maintain accurate patient information.
Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional front office.
Communicate effectively with patients and the dental team.
Handle patient concerns with patience, kindness, and professionalism.
Qualifications
Friendly, outgoing, and personable personality.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional phone etiquette and a pleasant telephone manner.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment.
Previous dental front office or medical reception experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay: $18.00–$21.00, depending on experience.
