Full-Time Receptionist -– Pediatric Dental Office
We are a privately owned pediatric dental practice looking for a friendly and reliable full-time receptionist to support our team. Job involves up to two Saturday morning's each month. This role is perfect for someone seeking full-time hours in a positive, kid-friendly environment. As part of our front desk team, you will help create a welcoming experience for our patients and families while keeping the schedule running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking patients in
Answering phones and assisting with patient questions
Confirming appointments
Basic front desk support as needed
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of dental or medical front desk experience REQUIRED
Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
Comfortable working with children and families
Team-oriented and dependable
