Job Summary:
We are a fun, loving, family orientated pediatric dental office seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our dental family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dental clinic setting. As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth patient flow and delivering a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries

- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy of patient information

- Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate efficient patient service

- Check patients in and out, collect copays, and assist with billing and insurance processing

- Handle administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the dental clinic
Experience is great but we are willing to train the right candidate:

- Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting

- Proficiency in using dental scheduling systems

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience in providing medical administrative support is a plus
