What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist patients with a friendly, upbeat, and welcoming attitude
Manage appointments and maintain an efficient, organized schedule
Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism and care
Verify insurance and collect payments for dental procedures
Collaborate closely with our clinical and administrative team to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience
What We’re Looking For:
A bubbly, personable individual who genuinely enjoys working with and talking to people
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Coachable, dependable, and eager to grow
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous dental experience (required)
