Job Description
Walker Family Dental is an established, busy private practice seeking a motivated Dental Receptionist/Front Office Coordinator to join our team.
We are looking for a dependable, motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environement and takes ownership of their responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent patient care. We value open communication, accountability, teamwork, and a willingness to receive constructive feedback and use it as an oppertunity to grow.
Responsibilities:
> Greet and check in patients while providing excellent customer service
> Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions
>Confirming upcoming appointments and treatment
>Maintain a productive provider schedule and fill holes when they occur
>Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
>Follow up on outstanding and unpaid insurance claims
>Assist with accounts receivable and patient balances
> Generating and presenting treatment plans
>Contact patients with unscheduled treatment
This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week. The schedule includes every other Saturday with one weekday off.
