Dental receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice for Sundays More hours and days can be given if needed
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using Cleardent
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle patient inquiries and appointment requests
Verify patient insurance information and update electronic medical records accordingly
Collect payments and process billing transactions accurately
Maintain organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and correspondence
Ensure the reception area remains clean, welcoming, and well-organized
Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate smooth daily operations
Experience
Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a dental office setting is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of dental office software such as Cleardent preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records systems
Office experience handling front desk responsibilities in a medical or healthcare environment
Excellent communication skills, including proficiency with multi-line phone systems
Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Previous experience working with insurance verification and billing processes is a plus
Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
