We are seeking a dedicated, highly experienced Dental Receptionist with a strong personality to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will have strong dental experience, extensive experience with insurance verification, and professional use of dental terminology. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to ensure smooth operations while providing outstanding patient service.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly.
Verify insurance and break down the coverage.
Provide clerical support, including filing, typing, and managing multi-line phone systems.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
Proficiency in DENTRIX is very important.
Knowing the Spanish language is preferable for effective communication with diverse patient populations.
Cross-training with dental assisting experience is highly preferred.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
A confident, assertive personality capable of managing a busy dental practice effectively.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Working hours: Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
