Dean Dental Studio – St. Charles, IL
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and patient-focused Front Dental Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our close-knit team. This role is ideal for a dental professional who enjoys taking ownership of the front office, building strong patient relationships, and contributing to the success of a private practice.

Key Responsibilities
. Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
· Print New Patient and/or follow up Packets and assist patients with completing forms if necessary
· Scans insurance cards, identification, patients’ paperwork in Eaglesoft software
· Enter patient information into the appropriate databases
· Updates patient demographic information, make sure address and insurance is correct
· Schedule and confirm appointments for new and existing patients
· Assist with patient check-in/check-out and deductible and co-payment collection
· Verify insurance benefits and clearly explain coverage to patients
· Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claim
· Post insurance and patient payments and manage accounts receivable
· Review treatment plans, fees, and payment options with patients
· Complete opening and closing procedures
· Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
· Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to support smooth office flow
· Keep front desk area organized
· Calls the patients for No Show/ follow ups.
Required Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in a dental front office or business assistant role
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and accounts receivable
Experienced with Eaglesoft Software
Excellent documentation, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented with a patient-first mindset
Manage phones, emails, and patient communication efficiently
