Dental Receptionist

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to patients in person and over the phone
Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments
Confirm upcoming appointments and manage the daily schedule
Collect co-payments and process patient transactions
Present and explain treatment plans
Verify and coordinate dental insurance benefits
File, scan, and maintain patient records
Resolve patient concerns professionally and compassionately
Assist with daily office operations and support the team as needed
Qualifications
Previous dental office experience is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software is strongly preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, but not required
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
