We are looking for a warm, energetic, and organized Dental Receptionist to join our growing team!
We take pride in creating beautiful smiles while providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, comfortable environment. If you enjoy helping people, have a positive attitude, and love being part of a team, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients with a friendly smile
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Verify insurance and assist with patient paperwork
Manage patient records and treatment schedules
Coordinate communication between patients and the dental team
Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Dental office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Familiarity with dental software (Denticon) is a plus
Positive attitude and professional appearance
