Dental Receptionist/Scheduling Coordinator

What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and manage the daily schedule for maximum efficiency and productivity
Provide a warm, welcoming experience for every patient interaction
Communicate clearly and confidently about appointment timing, expectations, and costs
Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize gaps in the schedule
Support the clinical team by aligning scheduling with treatment plans
