About Us:
Maple Dental is a friendly, family run dental practice in the heart of downtown Smiths Falls. We have been serving the Smiths Falls community for over 45 years.
Job Description:
Job requirements include:
ABELDent knowledge required
Answering a multi-line telephone
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
Checking patients in and out of their appointments including processing payments and billing insurance companies
Pulling and filing patient charts
Closing the office including end of day financial reports, bank deposits and securing the office building
All other duties as requested
We are currently looking to fill a full time maternity leave. Hours of operation are 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Thursday and 7 am - 5 pm on Friday. No evening or weekends required.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
