Dental Front Office Team Member
Willden Family Dental | South Jordan, UT
We are looking for an experienced, positive, and dependable Front Office Team Member to join our growing dental practice in South Jordan!
We are a busy, patient-focused dental office that takes pride in providing excellent care while creating a fun, supportive, and team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely cares about helping patients have a great experience.
What You'll Do
Greet and check patients in and out with a friendly, welcoming attitude
Answer phones and assist patients with questions
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions
Present and explain treatment plans and financial options
Collect patient payments and assist with account management
Follow up on unscheduled treatment
Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and the rest of the front office team
Help keep the schedule productive and running smoothly
Provide an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through checkout
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
