About Paradise Dental
Paradise Dental is a growing, patient-focused dental practice located in the vibrant neighborhood of Philadelphia. We are committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment and are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the daily office schedule to maximize productivity
Confirm upcoming patient appointments and reduce no-shows
Check in and check out patients with a high level of professionalism
Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment plans and financial responsibilities
Support billing, insurance coordination, and collections as needed
Handle patient inquiries (phone/text) and ensure a smooth front desk experience
Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager
Qualifications
Spanish-speaking required
Prior dental office experience preferred
Experience with Dentrix (or similar systems) is a plus
Familiarity with dental billing and insurance is a strong plus
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Comfortable discussing treatment plans and payments with patients
