Job Description
Our expanding office is looking for a dependable, experienced and friendly receptionist. This is a Part Time (potential Full time) position. Mondays availability is required
Paperless office, Knowledge of Dentrix is an asset
Expected job duties:
-Experience in optimizing schedule consistently for the doctor and hygienist
- Offer our patients a positive experience in person and on the phone
- Making sure appointments are booked and following up with pre-auths
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Billing Insurance and collecting balances, Account receivables
- Recall management/ Treatment Coordination
