Looking to hire full time dental receptionist.
Responsibilities and Duties
Greet patients
Enter patient information into Abeldent
Answer and manage incoming calls
Manage patient recalls and confirm appointments
Manage daily appointment schedule
Submit to dental insurance and prepare forms when necessary
Manage and follow up on insurance predeterminations
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Reception experience an asset
Knowledge of dental terminology and AbelDent preferred
Work hours:
Tuesday 8:30-7:00
Wednesday 8:30-5:00
Thursday 8:30-7:00
Friday 8:30-2:00
Alternate Saturdays 8:30-2:00
Work remotely:
No
Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
