Job Description
Seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist for our office in Stony Plain.
We are a caring, friendly office with a patient centered team.
The successful candidate will possess
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service qualities
Dental office experience with Dentrix and RecallMax an asset
Self motivated, organized and a team player
Proficiency in overseeing the schedule, booking and confirming appointments
Calling insurance companies and submitting predeterminations
Checking emails, answering and making phone calls including recalls
If you enjoy being a part of a wonderful team, getting to know your patients and are enthusiastic and diligent, we would love to meet you.
The position includes two evenings until 6pm with no weekends. Health spending account and free parking provided.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
