About Us:
Our pediatric dental office is excited to welcome a new member to our receptionist team! We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service through clear, compassionate communication with our patients, parents, and team members. We foster a positive, team-oriented environment where everyone plays an important role in creating a great patient experience.
Position Overview:
As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and families. Your friendly attitude and strong organizational skills will help ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families with a welcoming smile
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
Answer and manage multiple phone lines
Collect co-insurance and process payments
Maintain clear communication with patients, parents, and team members
Qualifications:
Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
Dental office experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to details
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
