Dental Receptionist
Ivory Dental Center | Tequesta / Jupiter
Start Date: June 15, 2026
About Us
Ivory Dental Center is a growing private dental practice focused on high quality care, excellent patient experience, and a supportive team environment. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated front desk team member to grow with our office long term. We value reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
Dental experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right fit. Dental assistants interested in transitioning into a front office role are welcome to apply.
Who We’re Looking For
Friendly, professional, and confident with patients
Organized, reliable, and detail oriented
Comfortable discussing treatment, fees, and insurance
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and team mindset
Ability to help maintain a productive and organized schedule
Responsibilities
Answer phones, texts, and emails
Schedule and coordinate patients efficiently
Check patients in and out
Assist in verifying insurance and reviewing benefits with patients
Help patients understand treatment recommendations and financial options
Collect payments and support office collections
Help maintain smooth daily flow and patient experience
Support light office organization and daily tasks as needed
Open Dental, assisting experience, and iTero experience are all a plus.
Schedule
Monday–Wednesday: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM approximately
Some Thursdays: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Some Fridays as needed
Part-time or full-time considered depending on office needs and experience.
In-person position only.
Compensation
$17–$24/hour based on experience, performance, and responsibilities
Opportunity for long-term growth and increased compensation over time for the right candidate.
