Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a positive, dynamic and highly motivated Dental Receptionist to join our established Oral and Maxillofacial surgery office in mid-town Toronto. This is a permanent full-time position.

Duties include but are not limited to:
· Welcoming and greeting patients warmly ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
· Responding to incoming calls from patients, referring dental offices and doctors
· Booking and confirming patient appointments and procedures
· Process patient billing and collecting payments
· Submitting insurance claims efficiently and explaining billing procedures to patients
· Other tasks as required from time to time
The ideal candidate has:
· Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
· Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly, responsible, punctual, honest, and a warm and caring demeanour
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
· Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills
· HARP certification would be an asset

**Office hours: Monday - Fridays: 8:00am - 5:00pm

**No evenings or weekend shifts!
