Dental Receptionist (Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available)

We are hiring 2 receptionist for 2 locations.
Maxilla Dental Group is one of the fastest-growing dental organizations in the GTA, with 10 locations across the Greater Toronto Area. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team.
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities and welcome applicants with or without prior dental experience. If you are motivated, personable, and eager to learn, we are happy to provide training and support.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Maintain accurate patient records
Process payments and assist with insurance claims
Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Support daily front-desk operations
Qualifications
Previous dental reception experience is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable with computers and administrative tasks
Experience with AkituOne or Abeldent is considered a strong asset
Turkish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply and will be considered a valuable asset
Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination is an asset
