Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain patient records in compliance with health information management standards.
Utilize dental software
Assist with coding and billing processes as needed.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of office management practices and procedures.
Familiarity with health information management principles.
Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation review and patient management.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
