Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator
Location: Fairlawn, Ohio
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:45 AM–4:00 PM
We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice in Fairlawn looking for a dependable and personable Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people. As the first person our patients see and speak with, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience and keeping our front office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally
Answer phones and respond to patient questions
Schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain an efficient and productive patient schedule
Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
Present treatment estimates and discuss patient financial responsibilities
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient account.
Maintain accurate patient records
Communicate effectively with the dentist, hygienists, and clinical team
Help provide an excellent experience from check-in through check-out
What We're Looking For
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable working with computers and learning dental software
Ability to multitask in a busy dental office
Previous dental front-office experience is preferred
Experience with dental insurance, scheduling, and treatment coordination is a plus

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
6:45 AM–4:00 PM
