Must have sale experiences and great personality!!!We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join in our Affordable Dentist Near Me office. As the first point of contact for our office, the YOU plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.
Must have at least 2 years of dental experience.
Must be able to train at our Waco location (Zip: 76710)
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
Coordinate patient flow and manage the scheduling system to optimize efficiency
Help patients financing options
Present treatments plans
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Oversee front desk operations
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
