Job Description
We are looking for an experience Dental Receptionist/treatment coordinator to add to our amazing team! The ideal candidate is dynamic, energetic, confident, passionate, strong communicator with an outgoing personality.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist Patients
Answer phone calls, email and text messages
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Billing and Processing payments
Ability to discuss fess with patients
Various other administrative tasks
Requirements
Great personality who loves to interact with people
Great Smile and great attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player, compassionate and efficient
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Candidate should be growth oriented and have strong work ethics
One year of Dental Experience
Fluent in English
Schedule: Full-Time
Monday 9:30 am to 6:00 PM
Tuesday 9:30 am to 8 :00 PM
Wednesday 9:30 am to 5:15 PM
Thursday 9:30 am to 7:00 PM
2 Fridays and 2 Saturdays a month 7:30 am to 2:00 PM
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
