Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator – Dentique by Ruhee
Overview
Dentique by Ruhee is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-quality experience for our patients while ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys patient interaction, and takes pride in staying organized and proactive.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out with professionalism
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using Oryx to maintain optimal flow
Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, and assist with billing and patient accounts
Coordinate and present treatment plans, including financial arrangements
Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Manage a multi-line phone system with excellent phone etiquette
Support the clinical team to ensure seamless daily operations
Qualifications
Previous dental front office or treatment coordinator experience preferred
Familiarity with Oryx dental software (or similar systems)
Strong understanding of dental terminology and insurance processes
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual is a plus
