Position ResponsibilitiesTreatment Coordination
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
Discuss treatment options, financial arrangements, and payment solutions
Help patients understand the value and benefits of recommended treatment
Schedule treatment efficiently to maximize patient care and practice productivity
Follow up on unscheduled treatment and maintain treatment acceptance goals
Insurance Verification & Financial Coordination
Verify dental insurance benefits prior to patient appointments
Review and explain insurance coverage and estimated patient portions
Assist patients with financing options and payment arrangements
Ensure accurate insurance and patient account information
Front Desk Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls professionally and warmly
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Check patients in and out efficiently
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software
Manage daily schedules and recall systems
Process payments and maintain financial records
Provide exceptional customer service at every patient interaction
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience preferred
Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and benefits
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
