Dental Receptionist/ Treatment planning coordinator

Your Role
We’re looking for a warm, approachable, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. This on-site role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis at our Oakville, ON. You’ll be the friendly face that patients first see when they walk through our doors, setting the tone for their experience with us. Duties
Give a heartfelt welcome to every patient, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
Manage calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor
Accurately maintain and update confidential patient records
Assist with insurance verifications and billing processes
Handle administrative duties such as data entry and filing in an organized manner
Keep the reception area tidy, inviting, and ready to greet our patients
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing any patient concerns with care
Collaborate with our dental team to support smooth day-to-day operations
Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes.

What We’re Looking For
Polished phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
Previous experience in reception or customer service roles (experience in a dental office is a plus!)
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a lively environment
Strong organizational skills and a knack for staying on top of details
Familiarity with dental software (experience with Curve Dental or Oryx is a bonus)
Positive, team-oriented, and patient-focused personality
