Dental Receptionist – VanBuskirk Dental | Troy, MI
VanBuskirk Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our team in Troy, Michigan. We are a patient-focused dental practice that values professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, some Saturdays
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and checking in patients
Scheduling appointments and managing the schedule
Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
Verifying insurance and processing patient information
Coordinating treatment schedules and patient follow-up
Managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
Maintaining a welcoming and professional front office atmosphere
Qualifications:
Previous dental or medical front desk experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently throughout the day
Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
Experience with Eaglesoft Dental Software is a plus
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
