Dental Receptionist – 12- 20 Hours/Week (Tues & Wed) | PTO

Tuesdays and Wednesdays : 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Weekly Total: 12-20 paid hours/week
Additional Hours: available as needed and with additional training for insurance billing
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience. Utica Dental is a modern, patient-centered private practice searching for a friendly, reliable Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. This position provides a consistent two-day workweek, a supportive and positive work environment, and the opportunity for additional hours as the practice grows.

Utica Dental is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our growing, patient-centered practice. What You’ll Do
Welcome patients and provide a professional, positive first impression
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily office flow
Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims (training provided if needed)
Collect payments and review patient balances
Keep patient records updated and organized
Manage recalls, reminders, confirmations, and follow-up communication
Coordinate with the clinical team to maintain an efficient schedule
Support a calm, welcoming environment for every patient
Support dental assistants by turning over operatories when needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in dental or medical reception preferred, but we will train a motivated learner
Friendly, patient-focused communicator
Comfortable with computers and learning new software
Reliable, detail-oriented, punctual, and organized
Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
