Dental Receptionist

Job Overview:
Dentist on Kingsway is seeking a skilled 2nd FULL TIME Dental Receptionist to join our team and work alongside another receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks and providing excellent customer service in a dental office setting. Position requires ability to exercise independent judgement as it pertains to schedule management and patient interaction.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients with a welcoming demeanor

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly

- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently

- Verify insurance information and process patient billing

- Maintain electronic dental records accurately

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role

- Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology

- Proficiency in using phone systems and office software, including Tracker

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of electronic Dental records systems (CDANet)

- Experience working in a Dental office environment is a plus
