Dental Receptionist

Duties
Greet patients warmly, check them in and out efficiently, and ensure a positive first impression.

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using dental practice management software such as Tracker.

Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls appropriately, and relay messages promptly.

Verify patient insurance information, process payments, and handle billing procedures accurately.

Coordinate communication between patients, dental staff, and external providers to ensure seamless care delivery.

Experience
Prior experience working as a Dental Receptionist is highly preferred.

Proficiency with the dental practice management software tracker.

Strong knowledge of dental terminology.

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent front desk support with professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly demeanor.

Days: Part Time: Every Friday 8am-4pm, 2 Saturdays/month 8am-3pm
