Dental Receptionist for Endodontic Office
Location: Vancouver, BC (Kitsilano)
Position: Full-Time Dental Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our endodontic (root canal) specialty practice.
The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for patients.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries and manage emails
Schedule and confirm appointments
Coordinate referrals and communicate with referring dental offices
Manage patient records, insurance information and treatment estimates
Process payments and assist with billing and insurance claims
Maintain an organized and efficient reception area
Provide excellent customer service to patients throughout their visit
Support the dental team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Qualifications
3-5 years of previous dental reception or dental office experience preferred
Experience with dental software is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional, positive and compassionate attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
