Dental Receptionist
Toronto Kids Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist.
We are a pediatric dental office dedicated to creating a positive, welcoming, and fun experience for children and their families. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Position
Role: Dental Receptionist
Location: Toronto Kids Dental
Schedule: Monday 7:45am - 5:00pm, Tuesday 7:45am - 5:00pm, Friday: 7:45am - 5:00pm, Saturday 8:45am - 4:00pm, or 7:45am - 3:00pm
Employment Type: Full -time
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and families in a warm and professional manner
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
Check patients in and out
Confirm and manage appointments
Process payments and assist with billing and insurance inquiries
Maintain accurate patient information and records
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding appointments and treatment
Assist the dental team with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Provide exceptional customer service to our young patients and their families
Qualifications
Previous dental reception or dental office experience is an asset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working with children and families
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable using computers and dentrix software
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
