Dental Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator
Northern Virginia Dental Solutions – Tysons Corner, VA

We're looking for a compassionate, energetic Dental Receptionist to become the friendly face and voice of our growing practice.
What You'll Do:
Welcome patients with a warm, genuine smile
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Verify insurance benefits and collect payments
Coordinate treatment schedules and recall appointments
Help patients understand their treatment and financial options
Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
Work closely with our clinical team to create an exceptional patient experience
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Organized and detail-oriented
Dependable and self-motivated
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about customer service and helping people
2+ years of Dental front office experience is REQUIRED
2+ Years of Experience With:
Dental insurance verification
Dental Scheduling
Professional dental patient Communication
Dental Knowledge
Microsoft Office and General computer skills
