- Greet and check-in patients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk area efficiently.
- Utilize dental office experience to navigate digital chart systems accurately.
- Maintain patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
