Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Dental patient care coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a full productive schedule, present treatment plan to patients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of dental terminology, and proficiency in dental software.
Days : Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Duties
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage patient scheduling, including appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, addressing inquities
Process dental billing and insurance verification to ensure smooth transactions.
Present treatment plan to patients
Proficient in Dentrix
Assist in the collection of payment,
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
Skills
Proficiency in dental terminology related to dentistry and general healthcare.
Experience Dentrix software is preferred.
Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing is required.
Able to fill holes in schedule and help maintain a productive schedule.
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
