Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Manage patient scheduling and confirm appointments to optimize office workflow.
Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage.
Coordinate communication between patients and dental staff to enhance care delivery.
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory for efficient operations.
Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas for improving patient services.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus.
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting required.
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered demeanor.
Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of insurance processes and billing is advantageous.
Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
