Job Description

Experienced Dental Receptionist – Full Time
We’re looking for a skilled, experienced dental receptionist who takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience and is confident managing the front desk with minimal supervision.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a dental receptionist
Strong, working knowledge of dental insurance (comfortable verifying benefits, breaking them down, and clearly explaining them to patients)
Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage patient flow efficiently
Professional, confident communication regarding scheduling and financials
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling and patient communication
Verify insurance and confidently explain coverage and out-of-pocket costs
Help create a welcoming, respectful, and non-judgmental environment for every patient
Coordinate smoothly with the clinical team
Pay:
$22–$26/hour, based on experience
